Can we have a dashboard that we can track the messages sent, calls made and received, appointments no showed for each users?

Please add a feature that will make the timezone dependent on the zip code instead of the area code.

We've lost a few customers when they want to "cancel" the appointment. When they message CANCEL, they Instead become unsubscribed.

We would like to suggest a feature that gives an ability to the user to set different availability based off a specific campaign.

Option for 'Do not contact' trigger to move the lead in the pipeline to another stage. This would clean pipeline stages of any 'STOPPED' leads.

Be able to add Teams or Zoom link automatically

in the Call history feature, i've noticed how when I click a contact it opens a new page so when I go back the filters get erased and have to do it one by one. If it can be treated as the pipeline stages where you click a contact and it opens up a box with the contact info. Also the call button would be great

When there is no activity for a certain amount of time in a Holding Stage, to be automatically placed into a campaign. This can help revive old leads

when trying to go to the middle or bottom of a list with 1,000 contacts or more, there is no way to quickly get to that part of the opportunity column.
