Option for 'Do not contact' trigger to move the lead in the pipeline to another stage. This would clean pipeline stages of any 'STOPPED' leads.

Can I get a button under appointment reminders to switch from phone call to in person? Currently it confuses clients when the bot tells them they have a phone call appt when it's in person. I just think it would be an easy enhancement to increase customer satisfaction.

Request to have an option to filter out contacts who opted out for SMS. Currently we can only filter out contacts based off their statuses. Thank you!
