"Call Contact Automatically" under "Edit Appointment" should be a global option

Add buffer times before and after appointments.

Our users are on the east coast, but we have customers all over the US. For the pacific coasters, they are offered times to meet starting at 6am. This is unprofessional. The current workaround is to have our users put their working hours from 12PM to 5PM - but that limits our ability to auto schedule our eastern leads in the morning.

We get a high volume of incoming text and calls, most of them are handled by AI, if that is not toggled or selected, an 'UNREAD' option to filter conversations would be critically helpful.

Different colors for scheduled appointments on the calendar based on the campaign. Different campaigns should have different scheduled appointment colors on the calendar.

A feature that will prevent users from creating a MANUAL appointment for timeslots that the user has already appointments scheduled.

I requested this improvement when I first siigned up in November 2024. We could review upcoming appts much more easily. Please also let Steve know as to the delay in getting this suggestion to be acted on...it would a very easy fix.

There are alot of contacts that are not in a stage, and i have no idea where i can find them. this is a must

PLEASE allow me to be able to cancel and/or delete follow up appointments WITHOUT notifying the lead OR needing to temporarily put "Do Not Contact" to avoid them getting the follow up emails and texts I just want to be able to have a clean break when needed from a lead

It would be ideal if we could schedule a manual message to be sent at a specific time. For example, if I work in the early mornings, I would like the messages to go out later in the day. This feature is currently not available.
