If a contact needs attention can it auto moved to the top of the stage that it's in.

A feature that will allow user to mention user on contact's notes that will notify the user mentioned.

Add the ability to select multiple (or all) active conversations in the Inbox and close them in a single action. This should include: A "Select All" checkbox in the conversation list. A bulk action toolbar with a "Close" button.

Problem: When starting a call, I often don't know if the system is using my high-quality desk mic or my laptop's built-in mic. Currently, I have to wait for the lead to tell me "I can't hear you well" before I realize I'm on the wrong input. Proposed Solution: Add a real-time mic activity bar (visualizer) and a quick-switch dropdown directly on the call interface (e.g., System Mic vs. External Headset) without leaving the call screen. Benefit: This ensures professional audio quality from the first second of every call and prevents awkward "Can you hear me now?" starts.

Adding a feature that will allow users to login using their email alias instead of the primary gmail. Client has already created an alias but is unable to use it in WooSender since google only allows the primary email to be connected and there is no way to choose the alias that the emails will be sent from once it is connected.

Only open a conversation when the CUSTOMER responds or contacts us versus a conversation being re-opened every time we send a message.

If a lead tries to cancel an appointment and sends a message with the word "Cancel" anywhere in the message instead of canceling their appointment and being offered rescheduling, they are immediately opted out and placed on the DNC list. This has caused us to lose customers.

PROBLEM Currently, Unknown (U) and VOIP (V) leads—including all Toll-Free numbers—bypass the Mobile Number Validator. Because the system "sends to verify" these leads, it often triggers an SMS error threshold, resulting in automatic account pauses. We need a way to stop these "maybe" numbers from being messaged automatically. REQUESTED FEATURE Add the ability to automatically filter or block Grey U and Grey V statuses before a campaign starts. OPTIONS TO INCLUDE Auto-DNC: Automatically mark Unknown/VOIP leads as "Do Not Call." Smart Filtering: Ability to bulk delete or segment these leads from an import. Toll-Free Handling: Recognize Toll-Free numbers specifically so they don't default to "Unknown" and trigger send errors. WHY IT MATTERS This prevents accidental account suspensions and keeps our sending reputation clean by ensuring we only message verified Mobile numbers.
