Feature Request

we send long form emails to nurture and it causes a lot of scrolling in the chat window. if there was a setting that collapses texts & emails to 120 character preview that you could then expand would be very helpful. Also adding what assignee sent the text/email in the timestamp would be even more helpful

Calendly and Gohighlevel calendars will show available time slots, make the dates and times larger font, very difficult to see even on large monitor
