Feature Request

Anytime I return to a contact conversation after going into the settings and doing things like creating a template, all of the sections in the contact like General Info, Opportunities, Campaign, etc are all collapsed. I then have to click the down arrow on all of the sections to expand them. Can we either make them default to being expanded or add a button to expand/collapse all?

Make it to where pictures/emojis can be viewed in woosender. Every client's images have to be opened in the email duplicate.

Hello, there should be an option to have categories within a stage. for example, LOST can have different categories. Like Renters, wrong number, bad phones, etc.

Be able to add Teams or Zoom link automatically

in the Call history feature, i've noticed how when I click a contact it opens a new page so when I go back the filters get erased and have to do it one by one. If it can be treated as the pipeline stages where you click a contact and it opens up a box with the contact info. Also the call button would be great

Add 5 mins Notification- appt reminder

"Call Contact Automatically" under "Edit Appointment" should be a global option

I requested this improvement when I first siigned up in November 2024. We could review upcoming appts much more easily. Please also let Steve know as to the delay in getting this suggestion to be acted on...it would a very easy fix.

Add Option to turn WooAI back on after a certain amount of time

There should be a last message date filter to know when was the last time a message was sent out. This way we can keep targeting and recycling leads
