Feature Request

It would be ideal if we could schedule a manual message to be sent at a specific time. For example, if I work in the early mornings, I would like the messages to go out later in the day. This feature is currently not available.

Have the option to create folders for the contacts, conversation, and campaign page so it is more organized.

Add buffer times before and after appointments.

Most of the system is automated, but at times my personal response is required. I would like people to know they're not suddenly being ignored, but my response time may be delayed. I do respond as much as possible on weekends and on vacation, but not as quickly as the automated or when I'm in the office.
