Data that will show how long does the user responds to a flagged message
Dashboard that shows data of time between when a conversation is flagged for attention and when the Customer Service Reps answer/address the conversation? For example, maybe they answer 50% of the flagged conversations in less than 5 minutes, but maybe they answer the other 50% of flagged conversations in 30 minutes.
