In the conversation view, it sometimes takes a lot of scrolling to find parts of an interaction with a client as all the automated campaign emails are shown in their full length. Being that we designed our marketing emails, we know what they say so we do not need to have those very long emails shown in expanded view. If they could be automatically collapsed into the just the subject line with a button to click to expand/collapse them, that would be helpful. Since these pages have to load as we scroll up to view the conversation history, the page lags for a bit and then jumps wildly, making it hard to find what we are looking for. Perhaps this could also be solved with some kind of filter system where we can show/hide any automated outgoing emails or show only genuine client interactions like incoming texts, calls, VM, and emails and only our manual outgoing responses.
